Summer Yoga focuses on creating relaxation in the body and mind, inspiration, creativity and most importantly flexibility and lightness.
Our Summer Japanese Yoga introductory programs will be run by Kelli Howard and will commence Wednesday February 8th 2012. This program consists of one class per week and will run for 10 weeks at a cost of $160 per program.
Kelli Howard has over 20 years experience in the natural therapy industry and has taught yoga across Australia including Bondi Beach - Sydney, Darwin, Litchfield and Uluru- Northern Territory, Lismore and Byron Bay - Far Northern NSW.

Yoga movement and breath-work will find you becoming more relaxed and peaceful. Your face will glow, your body will become strong and toned and you'll find it easier to cope in stressful situations. This yoga class is suitable for beginners through to advanced, who want to experience yoga in a relaxed and friendly environment.
