What can I say.....

Between Jay & Sam I can honestly say I have found the PERFECT swimming program for my kids. Sam is always willing to help and is so understanding, and as for Jay, the kids LOVE him. He is really GREAT.

I have tried other well known high profile centres in the area, but this one get's it right, and is JUST GREAT! My four children have achieved more in two terms at this centre than they did in an entire year. If you are looking for a quality centre that provides quality service with actual outcomes, don't hesitate.

Where can I Start?

Where do I start to thank the tremendous, outstanding, motivating trainers?

Words can’t express the gratitude I feel towards them, all the effort and hard work in getting me to where I am today.

When I first started Fitstop boot camp, my first words were:

"I’M GOING TO DIE, GOD HELP ME!!"

With Tony’s determination and drive I would have given up in the first two weeks of bootcamp. His inspiration gave me confidence and fitness to where I enjoy going to lessons every week to reach my full potential.

I would also like to thank Heba and Phillip for giving me more determination when I was struggling. In saying that, the team at fitstop, is one of encouragement and friendship.

To this date, I have lost 14kgs and trying to lose more.
